CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 231
Notice of decision to transfer
231 Notice of decision to transfer
(1) This section applies if the court decides the application by ordering the
transfer of the proceeding.
(2) As soon as practicable after the court makes
the decision, the chief executive must give to each party to the proceeding
for the application— (a) a copy of the court’s order; and
(b) a written
notice— (i) explaining the terms and effect of the court’s order; and
(ii) stating that the party may appeal against the decision within 10 business
days after the party receives the notice; and
(iii) stating how to appeal.
