Applications for temporary custody orders
274 Applications for temporary custody orders
(1) This section applies to an application for a temporary custody order made,
but not decided, before the commencement.
(2) For deciding the application,
previous sections 51AB and 51AE apply in relation to the application.
(3) In
this section—
"previous" , in relation to a section, means the section as in force from time
to time before the commencement.
