"civil proceedings" , in relation to a requesting court, means proceedings in
any civil or commercial matter.
"overseas country" means a country, or part of a country, outside the
Commonwealth.
"request" includes any commission, order or other process issued by or on
behalf of a requesting court.
"requesting court" has the meaning given to it in section 36 .
