58A Proof of document under Royal Sign Manual

Evidence of a document under the signature or royal hand of the Sovereign in relation to the State or in relation to any matter concerning the State (the
"Royal Sign Manual document" ) may be given by the production of a document purporting to be a copy of the Royal Sign Manual document certified by the chief executive of the department dealing with matters under the Constitution of Queensland 2001 .
