Acceptance of submissions
55 Acceptance of submissions
(1) The chief executive must accept a submission if it— (a) is written; and
(b) is signed by or for each person (
"signatory" ) who made the submission; and
(c) states the name and address of
each signatory; and
(d) is made to the chief executive; and
(e) is received
on or before the last day of the submission period.
(2) A submission that
complies with subsection (1) is called a
"properly made submission" .
(3) The chief executive may accept a written
submission even if it is not a properly made submission.
