"board" means the Board of Trustees established under former section 9(2).
"body corporate" means the body corporate named ‘Trustees of the Funeral
Benefit Trust Fund’ and continued in existence by former section 9(4).
"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
"former" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force before
the commencement.
