FAIR TRADING ACT 1989 - SECT 56
Australian Consumer Law (Queensland) not limited
(1) This section applies if a provision of this part (the
"application provision" ) applies a provision of the Australian Consumer Law
(Queensland) (the
"applied provision" ), whether for the purposes of an FTA offence provision or
for some other purpose (the
"extended application" ).
(2) The application provision does not limit or
otherwise affect the operation of the applied provision as a provision of the
Australian Consumer Law (Queensland).
