GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2000 - SECT 153

153 Records and audit
(1) The tribunal may order an adult’s administrator or adult’s attorney
for a financial matter to file in the tribunal, and serve on the applicant, a
summary of receipts and expenditure for the adult or more detailed accounts of
dealings and transactions for the adult.
(2) The tribunal may— (a) order
that the summary or accounts filed be audited by an auditor appointed by the
tribunal and a copy of the auditor’s report be given to the tribunal and the
applicant; and
(b) make an order about payment of the auditor’s costs.
(3)
The tribunal may make an order under subsection (1) or (2) on its own
initiative or on the application of the adult or another interested person.
(4) This section applies even if— (a) the administrator’s appointment has
ended; or
(b) the enduring power of attorney has been revoked; or
(c) the
adult has died.
(5) In this section—
"attorney" means an attorney under an enduring power of attorney.
