(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each 3 years of the authority’s operation, the Minister must review the operation of the authority (each a
"three-yearly review" ).
(2) The first three-yearly review must be undertaken as soon as practicable after the day that is 3 years after the commencement of this section.
(3) Each three-yearly review must include a review of—(a) the way, and the extent to which, the authority has performed its functions; and(b) whether the functions of the authority remain appropriate for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
