What is a development plan for a geothermal lease
25 What is a development plan for a geothermal lease
(1) The
"development plan" , for a geothermal lease, is its current initial or later
development plan approved under chapter 3 , part 3 as amended from time to
time under that part.
(2) For subsection (1) , the development plan is
current if the period to which the plan applies has started and has not ended.
