23 Insertion of new s 139C

National Law provisions, after section 139B —
insert—

139C Meanings of complainant and complaint In this part—

"complainant" means a person who makes a complaint.

"complaint" means—

(a) a notification under division 2 or 3 ; or

(b) a health service complaint under the Health Ombudsman Act 2013 .
