INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 11
Meaning of licensed provider, external provider and authorised provider
(1) A
"licensed provider" means a person who is licensed under this Act to conduct
interactive games.
(2) An
"external provider" is a person who is licensed under the corresponding law of
a participating jurisdiction to conduct interactive games.
(3) An
"authorised provider" is a person who is licensed under this Act, or under the
corresponding law of a participating jurisdiction, to conduct interactive
games.
