INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 120
Rules
120 Rules
(1) The Minister may make rules about the following— (a) the conduct of
authorised games by licensed providers;
(b) prizes in authorised games
conducted by licensed providers;
(c) other matters on which it is appropriate
to make rules for this Act.
(2) The Minister must notify the making of a rule
in the gazette.
(2A) A rule takes effect— (a) on the day the making of the
rule is notified in the gazette; or
(b) if a later day is stated in the
Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day.
(3) A licensed provider may
make submissions to the Minister about a rule or proposed rule.
