INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 133
Licensed provider or agent not to act as credit provider
133 Licensed provider or agent not to act as credit provider
(1) A licensed provider or an agent must not provide credit to a player or a
player’s account. Penalty— Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2
years imprisonment.
(2) A licensed provider or an agent must not act as
agent for a credit provider to facilitate the provision of credit to a player
or a player’s account. Penalty— Maximum penalty for subsection (2)
—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
