Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf no transaction has been recorded on a player’s account with a licensed provider for a period fixed under a regulation, the licensed provider must remit any remaining balance to—
(a) the player; or
(b) if the player can not be found—an account at the department designated under a regulation as the account to which payments are to be made under this paragraph.
