INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 137G
Particular persons not to participate in authorised games
137G Particular persons not to participate in authorised games
A person who is prohibited, under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion
direction, from participating as a player in authorised games conducted by a
licensed provider must not participate as a player in the games.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
