INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 150

150 Approval of ancillary gambling agreements

(1) A licensed provider may apply to the chief executive for approval to enter into an ancillary gambling agreement.

(2) The chief executive may give the approval if the chief executive considers it appropriate or desirable in all the circumstances for the licensed provider to enter into the agreement.

(3) An approval must be in writing.
