Investigations of suitability of persons
35 Investigations of suitability of persons
(1) The chief executive may investigate an applicant for an interactive
gambling licence to help the Minister decide whether the applicant is a
suitable person to hold an interactive gambling licence.
(2) The chief
executive may investigate a business or executive associate of an applicant
for an interactive gambling licence to help the Minister decide whether the
business or executive associate is a suitable person to be associated with a
licensed provider’s operations.
