INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 54
Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
54 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
(1) If an interactive gambling licence is under suspension, the Governor in
Council may at any time— (a) cancel the suspension; or
(b) reduce the
remaining period of suspension by a stated period.
(2) The Minister must
promptly give written notice of the decision of the Governor in Council to the
licensed provider.
