INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 65
Application for key person licence
65 Application for key person licence
(1) An application for a key person licence must be made to the chief
executive in the approved form.
(2) An application must be accompanied by—
(a) if a key relationship exists or is proposed with a licensed provider—a
letter from the licensed provider addressed to the chief executive confirming
the existence or proposed existence of the key relationship; and
(b) any
documents prescribed under a regulation; and
(c) the application fee
prescribed under a regulation.
(3) The chief executive may, by written notice
given to an applicant for a key person licence, require the applicant to give
the chief executive further information or a document that is necessary and
reasonable to help the chief executive decide the application.
