Conditions for granting application
67 Conditions for granting application
(1) The chief executive may grant an application for a key person licence only
if— (a) the applicant’s photograph and fingerprints have been taken; and
(b) the chief executive is satisfied the applicant is a suitable person to
hold a key person licence.
(2) In deciding whether the applicant is a
suitable person to hold a key person licence, the chief executive may have
regard to the following matters— (a) the applicant’s character;
(b) the
applicant’s current financial position and financial background;
(c) the
applicant’s general suitability to carry out functions for a
licensed provider as a key person.
