INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 89
Returns about employees
89 Returns about employees
(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to a licensed provider,
require the licensed provider to give a return under this section.
(2) The
notice must state the time (not less than 14 days after the notice is given)
for giving the return.
(3) A notice must not be given under this section
within 1 month after the giving of a previous notice.
(4) If a
licensed provider is given a notice under subsection (1) , the
licensed provider must give a return as required by this section listing the
employees currently employed by the licensed provider (including both those
who are key person licensees and those who are not) and the nature of the
duties in which each of them is engaged. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40
penalty units.
(5) The return must— (a) be in the approved form; and
(b)
be given to the chief executive within the time stated in the notice.
