Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIn exercising jurisdiction, the following persons may take evidence on oath or statutory declaration, and for that purpose, administer an oath or take a statutory declaration—
(a) a person constituting the court, the commission or an Industrial Magistrates Court;
(b) the registrar;
(c) a person directed by the commission to take evidence for the commission.
