KENO ACT 1996 - SECT 154D
Exclusion direction
(1) An appointed agent may give a person a notice in the approved form (an
"exclusion direction" ) prohibiting the person from taking part in keno gaming
at, or entering or remaining in, the agent’s approved place of operation if
the agent believes on reasonable grounds the person is experiencing, or at
risk of experiencing, harm from gambling. Note— See section 154GA .
(2)
If an appointed agent has more than 1 approved place of operation, an
exclusion direction may relate to a stated approved place of operation, or all
approved places of operation, of the agent.
(3) If an appointed agent decides
to give a person an exclusion direction, the direction must be accompanied by
an information notice about the decision.
