290E Meaning of plan of subdivision

A
"plan of subdivision" is a plan of survey providing for 1 or more of the following—

(a) the division of 1 or more lots;

(b) the amalgamation of 2 or more lots to create a smaller number of lots;

(c) the dedication of land to public use;

(d) the redefinition of a lot on a resurvey.
