Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe occupier or person in charge of any premises or place entered by an authorised person pursuant to the powers conferred by this Act or of any vehicle, vessel or aircraft boarded by an authorised person pursuant to those powers shall upon the request of the authorised person provide all reasonable assistance to the authorised person and to all persons acting in aid of the authorised person for the purpose of the exercise of the authorised person’s powers under this Act unless the authorised person has upon the request of the occupier or person in charge, failed to produce the authorised person’s identity card furnished to the authorised person under section 36 (3) .
