Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person shall not threaten, obstruct or attempt to obstruct or intimidate or attempt to intimidate the Minister, a delegate of the Minister or an authorised person in respect of the exercise of his or her powers or the discharge of his or her functions or duties under this Act.
