LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 113A
Meaning of local government and application of local government principles
(1) In this part, a
"local government" includes the Brisbane City Council.
(2) Also, the
local government principles apply as if a reference in the principles to a
councillor or local government employee included a reference to a councillor
or council employee under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .
