LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 150C
Definitions for chapter
In this chapter—
"assessor" means the Independent Assessor appointed under section 150CV .
"behavioural standard" means a standard of behaviour for councillors set out
in the code of conduct approved under section 150E .
"conduct" includes—
(a) failing to act; and
(b) a conspiracy, or attempt,
to engage in conduct.
"conduct breach" see section 150K .
"inappropriate conduct" ...
"investigation policy" , of a local government, see section 150AE (1) .
"investigation report" , for an investigation, means a report about the
investigation prepared under the local government’s investigation policy.
"local government" includes the Brisbane City Council.
"local government meeting" ...
"local government official" means— (a) a councillor; or
(b) the chief
executive officer of a local government; or
(c) the chief executive officer
under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .
"misconduct" see section 150L .
"model procedures" see section 150F .
"referral notice" see section 150AC .
"unsuitable meeting conduct" see section 150H .
