LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 150E
Approval and publication of code of conduct
150E Approval and publication of code of conduct
(1) The code of conduct does not take effect until it is approved by a
regulation.
(2) The approved code of conduct must be— (a) tabled in the
Legislative Assembly with the regulation approving the code; and
(b)
published on the department’s website.
