304 Definition for div 2

In this division—

"new local government" means each of the following local governments that comes into existence on 1 January 2014—

(a) Douglas Shire Council;

(b) Livingstone Shire Council;

(c) Mareeba Shire Council;

(d) Noosa Shire Council.
