LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTORAL ACT 2011 - SECT 127L

127L Definitions for division

In this division—

"prescribed matter" , in relation to a relevant entity for an election, see section 127M .

"relevant entity" , for an election, means—

(a) a participant in the election; or

(b) an associated entity of—

(i) a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election; or

(ii) a candidate in the election; or

(iii) a group of candidates for the election.
