Chief executive may require information about applications
41 Chief executive may require information about applications
(1) This section applies to each of the following— (a) an applicant for a
licence;
(b) an applicant for renewal or restoration of a licence.
(2) The
chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant
to give the chief executive, within a stated reasonable period, information
the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.
(3) The
applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated
period, the applicant fails to comply with the requirement.
