LABOUR HIRE LICENSING ACT 2017 - SECT 78

78 Access to seized thing

(1) Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned, the inspector who seized the thing must allow an owner of the thing—

(a) to inspect it at any reasonable time and from time to time; and

(b) if it is a document—to copy it.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.

(3) The inspection or copying must be allowed free of charge.
