264 Investigator’s report

(1) As soon as practicable after completing a part 3.3 investigation, the investigator must give a written report of the investigation to the law society.

(2) If the part 3.3 investigation relates to a complaint or investigation matter, or was started at the request of the commissioner, the law society must as soon as practicable give a copy of the report to the commissioner.
