LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 586

586 Remuneration and conditions

(1) The commissioner is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.

(2) The commissioner holds office—

(a) on the conditions stated in this Act; and

(b) on other conditions decided by the Minister.

(3) In this section—

"commissioner" includes a person appointed to act as commissioner under section 587 .
