LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 596
Delegation
596 Delegation
(1) The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under this Act,
other than this power of delegation, to an appropriately qualified member of
the staff of the commission.
(2) In this section—
"appropriately qualified" , includes having the qualifications, experience or
standing appropriate to the exercise of the power.
