LAND TITLE ACT 1994 - SECT 115G
Period of reservation
115G Period of reservation
(1) The reservation of an identifying name for a proposed community titles
scheme is for an initial period of 2 years and may be extended by the
registrar, but only once, for an additional period of 1 year.
(2) The
extension may be given only on an application made, within the initial period,
by the person for whom the name is reserved.
(3) However, the reservation
ends if— (a) the person withdraws the reservation; or
(b) a community
titles scheme is established and the reserved name is the identifying name
shown in the community management statement for the scheme.
