For purchasers, lessees, mortgagees and creditors, a writ of execution—
(a) can not, until registered, bind or affect registered lots, whether or not there is actual or constructive notice of the writ; and
(b) binds or affects registered lots only if the writ is executed and put in force within—(i) 6 months of its lodgement; or(ii) the extended time allowed by the court where the writ is filed and notified to the registrar.
