Words and expressions used in instruments under Act
192 Words and expressions used in instruments under Act
(1) Words and expressions used in instruments made or executed under this Act
and also in this Act have the same respective meanings in the instruments as
they have in this Act.
(2) The application of subsection (1) to an instrument
may be displaced, wholly or partly, by a contrary intention appearing in the
instrument.
