97K Amending an instrument of profit a prendre

(1) A profit a prendre may be amended by registering an instrument of amendment of the profit a prendre.

(2) However, the instrument of amendment must not—

(a) increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the profit a prendre; or

(b) add or remove a party to the profit a prendre.
