LAND VALUATION ACT 2010 - SECT 197

197 Appeal right

(1) An applicant for a suppression direction may appeal against the valuer-general’s decision to refuse to make the direction.

(2) Also, a person who was a protected person may appeal against the valuer-general’s decision to cancel the direction.

(3) The appeal may be made to the Magistrates Court nearest the place where the applicant or person resides.
