LAND VALUATION ACT 2010 - SECT 32
Easements
32 Easements
(1) In deciding the value of land, the existence and effect of a
relevant easement must be considered.
(2) In this section—
"relevant easement" means an easement, registered under the Land Act or Land
Title Act , for which the land is the dominant or servient tenement.
