Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA regulation may—
(a) require a holder of an exploration permit to give the Minister a report (a
"final report" ) summarising the results of exploration carried out under the permit during the whole of its term; and
(b) prescribe the following for the final report—(i) when the report is to be given;(ii) the information to be contained in the report.
