231AA Activity report for mineral development licence

A regulation may—

(a) require a holder of a mineral development licence to give the Minister a report (an
"activity report" ) about the activities carried out under the licence; and

(b) prescribe the following for the activity report—

(i) when the report is to be given;

(ii) the information to be contained in the report.
