317Q Later development plan requirements

(1) This section provides for requirements (the
"later development plan requirements" ) for a proposed later development plan for a prescribed mineral mining lease.

(2) A proposed later development plan must—

(a) comply with the initial development plan requirements for a mining lease for a prescribed mineral; and

(b) highlight any significant changes from the current development plan for the mining lease; and

(c) state whether the current development plan has been complied with; and

(d) if the current development plan has not been complied with—state the details of, and reasons for, each noncompliance.

(3) If the effect of the proposed later development plan is to significantly change an activity provided for under the current development plan, the proposed plan must also state reasons for the change.
