Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThis division applies if a natural underground reservoir in the area of a coal mining lease or an oil shale mining lease extends to—
(a) the area of an adjacent coal mining lease, oil shale mining lease or petroleum lease (an
"adjacent lease" ); or
(b) if a person has applied for a coal mining lease, oil shale mining lease or petroleum lease that will, if granted, be an adjacent lease—the area of the proposed lease.
