MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 334U

334U No fee payable

(1) No titles registry fee is payable under the Land Title Act 1994 for keeping or removing, under this part, a record of the guarantee for affected land.

(2) In this section—

"titles registry fee" , for a matter mentioned in subsection (1) , means the fee payable for the matter under the Land Title Act 1994 , section 198B .
