MAJOR SPORTS FACILITIES ACT 2001 - SECT 30

30 Delegations

(1) The Authority may delegate its powers under this Act to—

(a) a director; or

(b) an appropriately qualified employee of the Authority.

(2) In this section—

"appropriately qualified" includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.

Example of standing—

an employee’s seniority level within the staff of the Authority
