Definitions
In this Part—
"affected or interested person or body" ...
"AER information disclosure decision" ...
"applicant" means—
(a) (Repealed)
(b) a person who makes an application
under section 263 ;
"average annual regulated revenue" ...
"coverage related light regulation decision" ...
"end user" ...
"information disclosure decision" means— (a) a decision to disclose
information made by the AER under section 329 ; or
(b) a decision to disclose
information made by AEMO under section 91GH .
"intervener" ...
"materially preferable designated NGO decision" ...
"NCC recommendation" ...
"original decision maker" ...
"regulated revenue" ...
"regulatory period" ...
"review under this Part" means a review under Division 3 ;
"reviewable regulatory decision" ...
"reviewable regulatory decision process participant" ...
"small/medium user or consumer intervener" ...
"small to medium user or end user" ...
"user or consumer association" ...
"user or consumer interest group" ...
"user or consumer intervener" ...
